- Download Old Emails From Exchange Server
Recently, I have configured the same GMAIL account in Outlook 2016 in five (5) different PC's, in a company environment. To avoid loosing emails, I have configured the GMAIL account as a POP3, with the options to 'leave a copy of message on server' and to not delete emails after downloaded (on all PC's). How do I configure Outlook 2016 to download all messages and attachments from the server? In Send/Receive Settings, I have clicked the option that says: Download complete items including attachments for subscribed folders and the inbox is checked under folder options, but when I delete a message from the Comast app on my phone, it is deleted from the inbox on my desktop copy of Outlook. Apr 14, 2017 Word of caution: If your inbox is full and bursting at the seams with 1000’s of emails, this would be a very very bad thing to do unless you want to wait for ALL of them to completely download.
I enabled Offline Mode for my inbox, but that doesn't really tell me where it's keeping the files at, let alone whether they're non-Microsoft proprietary. If only Office365 can read the backup data, that doesn't help.
Offline access may not make all of your email and calendar information available offline. Some of the available features and limitations are:
- The last few days of messages. Supported folders include Inbox, Drafts, and any folders viewed within the last few days, up to 20 folders. If you’ve viewed more than 20 folders in the last few days, the most recent 18 plus Inbox and Drafts will be available.
- In each folder that’s available offline, you will see three days of content or 150 items, whichever is larger.
- Attachments aren’t available when offline.
- Your web browser determines where on your computer the offline information is stored and how much space it can use. If your offline information won’t fit in the space that’s been set aside, you may be prompted to increase it. If the space can’t be increased, less of your information will be available when you’re offline.

I don't know where your browser is storing the three days of content or 150 items.
The only way to download all emails to your computer is to install an email program.
If your other email address lets you setup a connected account, you may be able to use IMAP to sync all emails to the other address. After all emails have synced, disconnect the account.
If your other address would let you connect to the Office 365 account using POP, then all Inbox emails would be downloaded to the other address.

I just created a new Thunderbird profile. Unfortunately Thunderbird only downloads recent messages. I need to get all my messages and subfolders. Any idea?

Go to

or in more recent versions Edit/Preferences/Advanced/General/Config Editor

dialog, click on the button 'I'll be careful, I promise!'.
Type
folders_for_new
in the filter box.Look for an option called
mail.check_all_imap_folders_for_new
or on newer versions mail.server.default.check_all_folders_for_new
.Change this setting to
true
. This has the effect of not treating inbox as special, but all folders are 'inbox', so all folders will be checked and downloaded. If this key does not exist, then add it (right click / new) exactly as it is written above as a boolean preference. When you add the preference, you will be asked for the initial value. Choose
true
.Next, in Account Settings/the account you are referring to/Synchronisation & Storage ensure that 'Synchronise all messages locally regardless of age' and 'Keep messages for this account on this computer' are selected.

There should be a menu or button to 'go offline'
In my current Thunderbird 17.0.2 (on Ubuntu 12.04), the button is at the lower-left corner of the whole application.
Clicking the button will start the download and if everything is configured correctly (i.e. has

) then that is what it will download7454 gold badges9 silver badges29 bronze badges

You have to check a box called 'Keep messages for this account on this computer'. Have a look at this tutorial for keeping IMAP messages in Thunderbird.

In the list of your accounts in the main window, and right click on the account name and click the 'Subscribe..' option. You will then see the list of (sub)folders on the server, check the ones you want. They will now be synced with everything else.

Amadeus movie free. He marries Constanze played by Elizabeth Berridge and she does it remarkably well. He brings such life to Mozart and an immaturity that I think some of us can relate too in being spoiled and always knowing you're the best at your talent. Tom Hulce gives Mozart this crazy and annoying yet nevertheless funny laugh that you can't help but laugh at it every time he does it.
